The Caldwell Police Department in Caldwell, Idaho, is hosting an event focused on youth safety on the Internet. The event, called know2protect™, aims to raise awareness and prevent online child exploitation. It will feature two presentations from Guest Speaker Neil Uhrig of the US Secret Service.

The event will take place on Friday, November 8, for adults at the Idaho Hispanic Community Center in Nampa from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. A Spanish interpreter will be present. On Saturday, November 9, the event will be held for youth at Crossroads Church in Caldwell from 10:00 a.m. to noon, with a Spanish interpreter also available.

The event is sponsored by Anti Trafficking and seeks to educate the community on how to keep youth safe on the Internet.
