California Firefighters Memorial Ceremony Honors Fallen Heroes

On October 12, 2024, a ceremony was held in Sacramento to honor five fallen members of the Los Angeles Fire Department (LAFD). Family, friends, and colleagues gathered to pay tribute to the firefighters during the 22nd Annual California Firefighters Memorial Ceremony. LAFD Chief Kristin Crowley and her leadership team, along with the LAFD Color Guard, were present to commemorate the addition of the five names to the Memorial Wall. The event highlighted the sacrifices made by these firefighters in the line of duty.
