Rain Forecast: Heavy Showers Expected This Weekend

The National Weather Service has released a precipitation forecast for Sunday afternoon, November 10 through Monday evening, November 11, indicating varying chances of rainfall across several locations.

For Baker City, there is a 60% chance of precipitation on Sunday at 5 PM and 11 PM, with chances increasing to 80% by Monday at 11 AM, and reaching 90% on Monday at 5 PM and 11 PM.

In Boise, the outlook shows a 0% chance of rain on Sunday at both 5 PM and 11 PM, but an increase to 30% on Monday at 11 AM, and up to 90% in the evening.

Burns has a 50% probability of precipitation on Sunday evening and early Monday, escalating to 80% by Monday at 11 AM, and reaching a full 100% by Monday evening.

Caldwell will see a consistent 0% chance of rain until Monday at 11 AM when it rises to 20%, before a 60% likelihood in the evening.

Idaho City starts with a 10% chance on Sunday that jumps to 80% by Monday morning and 100% on Monday at 11 AM.

Jerome shows no expected precipitation throughout the weekend, with a 20% chance only appearing on Monday at 11 PM.

McCall has a high likelihood of rain, starting at 80% on Sunday evening and peaking at 100% on both Monday at 11 AM and 5 PM.

Mountain Home is forecasted with no chance of precipitation during the same period.

Rain showers across the valley and snow in the mountains are expected to begin on Sunday and continue into Monday, though lighter in the Treasure Valley.
