Nampa Police Host Fundraiser for Special Olympics

Nampa Police are participating in a fundraising event called "Tip-A-Cop" at the Texas Roadhouse in Nampa. Police officers are working alongside staff at the restaurant to serve dinner and collect tips for athletes competing in the Idaho Special Olympics. The event will run until 9 p.m. and includes participation from the Canyon County Sheriff's Office and the Caldwell Police Department.
This evening, the Tip-A-Cop event is part of a friendly challenge against six other Texas Roadhouse locations across Idaho. The Nampa community is encouraged to come down, enjoy dinner, and support the athletes. The event aims to raise funds for the Idaho Special Olympics.
