**Caldwell Police Officers Conduct Training on Active Shooter Response**

Today, officers from the Caldwell Police Department led a training session focused on preparing civilians for active shooter situations. Sgt Streibel, Cpl Howell, and Sgt Cooper conducted the "Civilian Response to Active Shooter Events" class at The Gables Assisted Living facility.

According to the department, this training aims to equip civilians with the knowledge and skills needed to respond effectively during such emergencies. The program is part of ongoing efforts to enhance community safety and awareness.

The class demonstrates the department’s commitment to fostering readiness among residents in handling potential critical incidents.
