**Changes to MyHealtheVet Sign-In Process Announced**

The Boise VA Medical Center has announced significant changes to the MyHealtheVet (MHV) web portal that will affect how veterans access the system. Starting **March 4, 2025**, veterans will no longer be able to use their MHV user ID and password to sign in. Later in the year, on **September 30, 2025**, the option to sign in using DS Logon will also be discontinued.

To continue accessing MHV through VA.gov, veterans will need to use a **verified account** through ID.me or Login.gov.

To assist veterans in transitioning to the new sign-in method, VA staff will be available at the **Caldwell Community-Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC)** on **March 13, 2025**, from **9:00 AM to 3:00 PM**. Staff will provide help and answer any questions related to the changes.

Veterans attending the assistance session should bring the following items:

- Identity verification documents such as a driver’s license, ID card, or Social Security card

- Their email address and account password information

- A mobile device, if available

These updates will ensure enhanced security and provide a more streamlined process for accessing VA services online. For additional support, veterans are encouraged to contact their local VA representatives.
