### Crime in Caldwell, ID Sees Slight Decline in 2024

The Caldwell Police Department has shared crime data for the past year, revealing a small but significant decline in serious offenses. According to the department, Part I Crimes in Caldwell were down by 0.32% at the end of 2024. This translates to three fewer victims compared to the previous year.

Part I Crimes include major offenses such as homicide, rape, robbery, aggravated assault, and burglary. The reduction, although modest, highlights a stable crime rate despite the city’s ongoing growth.
