For example, Boise is expected to reach a high of 100°F on both Sunday, July 13, and Monday, July 14. Other locations such as Caldwell are forecast to hit 101°F on those days, while Burns could see a high of 97°F on Monday.

A dry cold frontal passage is predicted for Monday night and is expected to drop temperatures to near normal by mid-week. Local forecasts for the coming days provide morning lows and afternoon highs for several areas including Baker City, Banner Summit, Bogus Basin, Brundage Mountain, Burns, Caldwell, and Fairfield.
