Children’s Hospital Colorado in Aurora announced that Jack was diagnosed with a rare heart defect before birth. Jack has received expert care close to home in Wyoming through a Care Alliance with Wyoming Medical Center Banner Health and support from the Olivia Caldwell Foundation. Nearly four years after his first open-heart surgery, Jack continues to receive treatment, and his parents remain nearby throughout his care.
