The US National Weather Service in Boise, Idaho has reported that hot and smoky conditions are expected today and tomorrow. However, a change to much cooler and wetter conditions is forecasted to develop on Wednesday and Thursday. This shift in weather should help reduce fire activity, but there is a risk of flash flooding and debris flows on recent burn scars. Here are the forecasted high temperatures in several locations for the upcoming days:

- Baker City: 93°F on Mon 9th, 88°F on Tue 10th, 68°F on Wed 11th, 65°F on Thu 12th, 76°F on Fri 13th, 80°F on Sat 14th, and 77°F on Sun 15th.

- Banner Summit: 74°F on Mon 9th, 73°F on Tue 10th, 60°F on Wed 11th, 43°F on Thu 12th, 54°F on Fri 13th, 60°F on Sat 14th, and 62°F on Sun 15th.

- Boise: 94°F on Mon 9th, 92°F on Tue 10th, 76°F on Wed 11th, 67°F on Thu 12th, 73°F on Fri 13th, 81°F on Sat 14th, and 82°F on Sun 15th.

- Bogus Basin: 78°F on Mon 9th, 74°F on Tue 10th, 57°F on Wed 11th, 47°F on Thu 12th, 55°F on Fri 13th, 62°F on Sat 14th, and 63°F on Sun 15th.

- Brundage Mountain: 75°F on Mon 9th, 72°F on Tue 10th, 56°F on Wed 11th, 43°F on Thu 12th, 53°F on Fri 13th, 59°F on Sat 14th, and 61°F on Sun 15th.

- Burns: 92°F on Mon 9th, 87°F on Tue 10th, 68°F on Wed 11th, 65°F on Thu 12th, 74°F on Fri 13th, 78°F on Sat 14th, and 79°F on Sun 15th.

- Caldwell: 94°F on Mon 9th, 91°F on Tue 10th, 76°F on Wed 11th, 67°F on Thu 12th, 74°F on Fri 13th, 84°F on Sat 14th, and 78°F on Sun 15th.

- Fairfield: 87°F on Mon 9th, 85°F on Tue 10th, 74°F on Wed 11th, 58°F on Thu 12th, 67°F on Fri 13th, 76°F on Sat 14th, and 73°F on Sun 15th.
