10th Avenue under I-84 in Caldwell to close

The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) is set to close 10th Avenue under I-84 in Caldwell, starting on Monday, September 16 at 4:00 a.m. This closure is to enable crews to remove old bridge supports using large cranes. The closure is expected to last for a week, and 10th Avenue is anticipated to re-open on Friday evening, September 20. During this time, traffic will be redirected to Centennial Way as a detour route. Pedestrian access under I-84 will remain open, and business access will be available, though the route may change. Once 10th Avenue is back in operation, traffic will be limited to one lane in each direction.
