Nampa Police Dog Riddick Dies in Pursuit

Nampa, ID – The Caldwell Police Department announced the tragic loss of Nampa Police Department canine, Riddick, who died during a vehicle pursuit last night. Riddick was described as a brave and loyal companion that served the community.

Riddick's handler was also injured during the incident. The Caldwell Chief of Police, Rex Ingram, expressed condolences, stating that thoughts and prayers are with the handler and Riddick's family during this difficult time. Ingram emphasized the importance of remembering Riddick's courage and devotion to service.
