Dense Fog Warning for I-84 Travel Tonight

On December 1, 2024, the Idaho Transportation Department reported current conditions on I-84 at Snake River, looking west. The elevation at this location is 2,164 feet, and the temperature is 28.2°F. Wind is coming from the northeast at 2 MPH.
According to the US National Weather Service in Boise, there is a warning for dense fog expected tonight through the Monday morning commute in the lower Treasure Valley. Visibility could drop to a quarter mile or less, particularly along I-84 from Caldwell, Idaho, to Huntington, Oregon.
