Starting March 4, 2025, veterans using the My HealtheVet portal on VA.gov will no longer be able to sign in with their existing My HealtheVet user ID and password. Additionally, the DS Logon sign-in option will be removed on September 30, 2025. After these changes, veterans must sign in using a verified account through ID.me or Login.gov.

To assist veterans with this transition, VA staff will be available at the Caldwell Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) on March 13, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Veterans attending the event should bring identity verification documents (such as a driver’s license, ID card, or social security card), along with their email and password information, and a mobile device if available.
